Allie Bice
Co-Founder
Allie brings a wealth of experience in finance, strategy, and business operations. A proud Auburn University graduate with a degree in accounting, she went on to earn her CPA and sharpened her expertise in private wealth at a leading global accounting firm (Deloitte), where she spent four years navigating complex financial landscapes.
Her career accelerated when she stepped into a CFO role for a local company, where she spent over five years in a C-suite position, leading initiatives across accounting, operations, HR, and strategic growth. Her ability to blend financial insight with big-picture strategy has made her an invaluable resource for businesses looking to scale efficiently.
When she's not optimizing financials, you can find Allie spending time with her kids, enjoying homemade pizza, and diving into a great book.
Dylan Bice
Co-Founder
Dylan is a seasoned accounting professional with a strong foundation in tax strategy and financial management. He earned his degree in accounting from the University of Alabama, followed by a Master's in Taxation, and went on to become a CPA.
He spent six years at a leading global accounting firm (Deloitte), specializing in taxation for flow-through entities, LLCs, and corporations, helping businesses structure their finances efficiently while staying compliant. Now, as a Senior Accounting Manager for an insurance company, Dylan applies his expertise in financial strategy and compliance to drive efficiency and growth.
Outside of work, he enjoys diving into a good book, spending time with the same amazing kids mentioned above, and staying active.
