End-User License Agreement

This Agreement governs your use of Booktru’s services, including access to our client portal, dashboards, and accounting services.

1. Services
Booktru provides bookkeeping, payroll, tax, and fractional CFO services, including access to dashboards powered by your business’s financial data.

2. License
You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services and dashboards for your internal business use.

3. User Responsibilities
You agree to use Booktru only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You may not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit any part of the service.

4. Data Access and Storage
By using Booktru, you grant us permission to access your financial data from QuickBooks Online. Data may be stored securely in Snowflake and accessed via our internal tools.

5. Limitation of Liability
Booktru is provided “as-is.” We make no guarantees regarding performance, and we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

6. Modifications
We may update this EULA at any time. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
